Safety grating is a one-piece metal plank grating manufactured by a cold forming process in the shape of a channel. The hole can be diamond and round. 

Diamond safety grating has rough serrated edges around diamond shaped openings. It is complete with radiused corners at the saddle and side channel locations.

Round safety grating has large debossed holes, surrounded by smaller embossed traction buttons. It can supply the sufficient slip resistance under practically all conditions and in every direction.

Material: Pre-galvanized steel, HRPO steel, 5052-H32 mill finish aluminum, 304 or 316 stainless steel.
Finish: Electric galvanized or hot-dipped galvanized.

Thickness: 11G to 16G for stainless steel.
