Two plans of fixing palisade fencing posts:

1. concrete in:  directly embedded in the ground.
2. bolt down : with base plate, installing and fixing on the ground with anchor bolts and nuts.

Palisade rails

The only horizontal part of palisade fencing, connect the vertical palisade pales and post together. Each palisade fence panel comes with two rails, yet the third rail is needed to maintain integrity when it comes to the palisade fence in height of over 3 meters.

Two types of assembly methods:
Our company can provide two types of palisade fence posts including RSJ post and square post. Generally, different post corresponds to different assembly methods. (See below pictures)

Surface treatment:

Standard 2.75m width per Palisade Fencing :

Palisade fences, sold in kit form, are composed of palisade pales, palisade rails, palisade post and fence fittings including fishplates/post clamps, bolts and nuts as shown in the pictures:

*** one bay of standard 2 rails palisade fence comes with: 1 RSJ post + 17 pales + 2 rails + 34 pieses M8 + 4 pieces M12 + 2 fish plates.

Tips:

· Steel palisade fencing can be sold in loose form or complete panels in the length of 2.75m. So when ordering palisade fences, the total length will be a multiple of 2.75 meters. For example, if the length of your fence is 10 meters, you could order four palisade panels in the total length of 11 meters.

· Don't forget to order additional posts, corner or end post clamps, fishplates to follow the different directions and complete your fences.

· If you are wondering higher safety security, fence posts with additional top holes are the best choice. Barbed wires and razor wires can be fixed to these holes for provide excellent deterrent to intruders.

Palisade Swing Gates

Palisade swing gate works through the hinges with bearing to make sure a smooth movement. It is available in heights of 1.2m to 3.0m with single leaf or double leaves as shown in the following pictures:

• Fittings: 4 hinges, and correct numbers of bots and nuts.

Palisade Sliding Gates:

Palisade sliding gates, working with palisade fencing, are the widest used type for securing commercial and industries premises. Manufactured with high durability, the palisade sliding gate provides high vandal resistance and high security.

Compared with palisade swing gates, it slides neatly behind the neighboring palisade fencing with minimum opening clearance. Meanwhile, it is more suitable for heavy duty application.

• Leaf: one gate leaf.
• Palisade pales: W, D section or angle pales.
• Wheel: 2 gate wheel with a diameter of 100mm.
• Wheel run track: 10mm to 15mm protruding from the 
  ground surface.
• End post: 120mm × 120mm.
• Center post: 100mm × 100mm.
• Fitting: post clamps, bolts and nuts.

The palisade fence can be used in schools, yard, garden, railway and highway for general security, it can also used in commercial or industrial site, office parking and airport for high security. What's more, the installation of palisade post is different in different places.
