Chain link mesh is manufactured from high quality low carbon steel wire. Steel wire first needs to be galvanized or PVC coated. Then, the wire will be woven and linked into chain link fabrics. The widest chain link rolls Enzar Metal can reach is 8 meter, which is produced by hand. 

The basic raw material is low carbon steel wire drawn from wire rod. As per customers' requirements, wire will be galvanized or coated with PVC before weaving. Different material grade decides the quality of chain link. We have the following wire quality available in our production.

 Electro-galvanized wire with zinc weight 10-20g/sqm

Hot dipped galvanized wire with zinc weight 60-80g/sqm

High Zinc Volume galvanized wire with zinc weight 200g/sqm to 260g/sqm

Galfan Wire(Zn+5%Al or Zn+10%Al) with zinc weight over 200g/sqm

Stainless steel wire in SS 304 or 316

All the galvanized wire can be PVC coated for additional corrosion resistance and color.

Diamond mesh fence is named after the shape of the chain link mesh. The Opening is in four side diamond shape. The edge of chain link fabrics comes mainly in two types, twisted/barbed or knuckle. Twisted/Barbed edge enable the fabrics more stable and firm than knuckle edge, but more expensive.

Chain link fence is usually in two roll forms, which are compact roll and loose roll. Compact roll is smaller in roll dimensions to save freight cost. But loose roll has advantages in installation, which is easy to be unrolled.
